There are a pair of shut-off valves which may work for you from Valterra. The Valterra High Flow Shut-Off Valve # A01-0144VP and Valterra Single Hose Shut-Off Valve # A01-0125VP. I've added a link to a video review of the single-hose valve for you to take a look at. view full answer...
The safety valve on the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR48SR you referenced is for water pressure. If the pressure reaches 87 psi the unit will vent to prevent excess pressure and heat build-up. This water heater has an automatic shut off for an overcurrent event as well but does not have a shut off for an excessive gas pressure. view full answer...
The Valterra High Flow Shut-Off Valve # A01-0144VP that you referenced was not rated for drinking water from but I can't really see their being an issue as it's just plastic and doesn't have any lead components. view full answer...
Valterra Double Hose Shut-Off Valve # A01-0132VP can be used with potable water. But I highly recommend going with a metal one such as # CAM20123 (brass and stainless steel) because it is going to be more durable and impact resistant over the plastic one. view full answer...
The Phoenix Faucets RV Kitchen Faucet # PF211326 has a 1/2" inlet shank and would use a typical kitchen faucet supply hose, which you could get from your local hardware store to connect to your copper water line and to the faucet. If you don't have a shut off valve at your faucet then I would also install one during this switch over to help in the event that you have a leak so that you can easily cut off the water and swap out the faucet. Shut-off valves at each contact point just makes... view full answer...
Since this is a brass fitting, you're not going to have any issue using the Camco Garden Hose Y-Style Shut-Off Valve # CAM20123 on your hot water heater; there is no danger of melting or anything like that. I would be cognizant of the type of hose you use for the water though, since that would be the component susceptible to damage from extremely hot water.
As an alternative, I recommend using the Camco RV Winterization Water Heater Bypass Kit # CAM35713 to help keep antifreeze out of... view full answer...
Yes, the Camco wastewater tank replacement valve # CAM39513 will fit in place of your broken one. These valves must all be a standard size because I haven't seen one yet that was different! If your line is 3 inches then this will work for you.
I recently learned that grey water pipes can be 2 inch or 1-1/2 inch in diameter. But a black water line and main sewer outlet, like what you are looking for, are usually 3 inches. view full answer...
To prevent a large gas leak in the event of a line burst you would want to install a shut off valve like the GasStop Propane Emergency Shut-Off Safety Valve # GS24FR or the # GS84FR for a POL connection. This propane shut-off valve automatically turns off the gas supply if a major leak or regulator failure is detected. The pressure gauge lets you easily identify tank capacity and test for minor leaks. view full answer...
I have another option but there is not a Valterra shut off valve that has the camlock connector already installed to work with the Lippert Waste Master RV Sewer Hose w/ Leakproof Camlock and 90-Degree Nozzle # LC359724 you were looking at.
Instead If your current shut off valve has a 3" bayonet spigot like the Valterra Double RV Waste Valves # TR38B you will need to cut the lugs off of the valve, use sand paper to smooth out the surface, and then use Valterra ABS Solvent Cement # A05-0303... view full answer...
I have a few suggestions for replacement lets see what solution works for you.
We have the Dometic RV Water Heater - Gas and Electric - Automatic Pilot - 120 Volt - 10,000 Btu - 6 Gal Tank # DMC74FR. It is a quick recovery water heater that provides a long lasting supply of hot water with a small, lightweight tank that can give you up to 12 gallons of hot water an hour.
My recommendation is the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - Black # LSB44FR. It... view full answer...
The style of the regulator(s) you need will be determined by the way your gas lines are ran so that the vents in them can face down. If your lines coming off of the tank(s) run vertically then you'll want the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108220; if they run horizontally then you'll need part # 108221 instead.
The shut-off valves we currently offer ( # GS24FR) are more for an emergency situation and wouldn't allow you to physically shut off the lines. If you're looking... view full answer...
If the 30 lb tank had the ACME style of fitting found on DOT propane tanks the Camco Propane Hose w/ Shut-Off Valve # CAM57629 would fit and work well. This type of fitting is also referred to as Type 1. view full answer...
The GasStop Propane Emergency Shut-Off Safety Valve part # GS24FR can be used with generators, it's just a universal adapter. That said, it's designed to screw onto a 20/30 lb propane tank so you may need to use adapters depending on which kind of fittings your generator uses. view full answer...
I drew up a little diagram of how RV water systems are typically designed and attached it below to make it easier for you to see each component. I believe what you're referring to is simply just the fresh water tank drain, which you could use part # CAM22243 to tie into your tank and allow it to drain.
The Anti-Siphon valve # A01-0141VP you were looking at simply connects to a Valterra Hydroflush # F02-4100 for you to hook up a garden hose and clean out your black tank.
For the fresh... view full answer...
To keep the valves of your black and gray water tanks you can use a smaller heating pad like the ThermaHeat RV Dump Valve Pipe and Elbow Heating Pad - 13" Long x 3" Wide # 277-000161 or the ThermaHeat RV Dump Valve Pipe and Elbow Heating Pad - 8" Long x 3" Wide # 277-000162. You can wrap these around the pipe close to the valve to keep it from freezing. view full answer...
For your application you're going to need the GasStop Emergency Propane Shut-Off Valve Gauges w/ GasGear 12" Propane Hoses # GS49FR. This comes with 2 of the GasStop valve/gauges and 2 pigtails that tie into a dual regulator like the MB Sturgis # 888001-MBS.
Please note that the pigtails come with 1/4" male inverted flare outlet fittings so if your regulator doesn't have adapters where the pigtails connect to it you'll also need 2 of the Adapter Fitting # 37207-30035 which you'll want... view full answer...
The GasStop RV Propane Emergency Shut-Off Safety Valve - POL Connection # GS84FR will definitely work on a 100lb propane cylinder. The only issue you could face is the connection fitting. This gauge is designed to attach via a POL fitting (pictured below). Most 100lb RV tanks and your typical 20, 30, and 60lb tanks all use this type of fitting but it's always best to check what you have before purchasing. The male POL fitting of this gauge is going to screw into the connection point on... view full answer...
If you are willing to make the modification to the Clearsource Ultra RV Water Filter System w/ VirusGuard - 3 Canister - Outdoor # CS87FR I think that's going to be your best option as we are only able to get this kit with the PEX fittings. view full answer...
The Camco RV Drain Valve # CAM22243 is not designed for use on the hot water tank. The 3/8" # CAM11683 and 1/2" # CAM11703 drain valves are the only style drain valves we carry for compatible with hot water heaters. These do not have a barb on it like the drain valve above. If you select one of these drain valves you will need to come up with a collector to drain the water into a hose and off the side of your camper. Depending on how your drain is positioned on your water heater you may... view full answer...
